• - Why we created tmf-forum.de?

tmf-forum.de is the first interactive online MICE platform and is directed to our German-speaking community of top event planners. We represent our clients consisting of prestigious convention bureaus, hotel chains, DMCs, convention centers and other suppliers of MICE products. The aim of the regular profiles is to provide smaller suppliers with the possibility to participate in the interaction with potential buyers. • - How to create a profile?

First of all, you need to contact Ramona Reith at r.reith@tmf-gmbh.de to ask for a membership. If we consider you to be a suitable candidate for tmf-forum.de, we send you a link so you can easily pay by credit card and log-in directly.

• - How will I pay for my profile?

We will send you a link to a website where you can enter your credit card details. After payment, you will receive your log-in details and you can edit your listing according to your needs.

• - What kind of information do I have to enter?

Please have a look at other profiles to get an idea on how it can look like. However, it's up to you to decide what you want your potential clients to know about you. The information should be in English or German. Please make sure to fill in your contact details, logo and at least 1 picture.

Your entry will not be accepted if obligatory fields are not filled in.

• - I have entered my information, but the data keeps getting lost...

Please make sure you click on "ok" which is situated at the bottom on the right side before you log-out. Otherwise the changes won't be saved.

• - How long will my profile be online?

Regular profiles are valid for the current calendar year and are automatically extended unless you cancel before November 15th.   

• - How to extend my membership?

Your membership will automatically extend for one year on November 15th, unless you cancel your profile before. 

• - How will my profile be promoted?

As soon as your profile is completed, you'll be integrated in our monthly e-marketing shot as a new member on tmf-forum.de with a direct link to your profile. This e-marketing shot goes out to our complete database of event-planners in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You are now easily found by event planners who use tmf-forum.de as a source of information for their upcoming events.

• - How can I make more out of my profile?
